US Secretary of State Dr. Condoleezza Rice called Shri K. Natwar Singh, External Affairs Minister today and expressed her anguish and sorrow at the loss of innocent lives during the bomb blasts in Delhi. 

External Affairs Minister thanked her and expressed his appreciation of her gesture.
