The Union Minister of Industry, Mr. Murasoli Maran is travelling within the United States from September 6-12, 1997 to participate in the different events being organized under the programme "Destination India". He will be in Washington on the 10th and 11th of September, 1997.

On September 11, 1997, Mr. Murasoli Maran has agreed to participate in a Press conference between 2.15 p.m. and 2.45 p.m. The venue of the Press conference will be the US Chamber of Commerce (1615 H-Street NW, Washington, DC 20062) where, earlier during the day, the Industry Minister will be taking part in the "Destination India" conference.
