Army Chief General Deepak Kapoor visit to US

Army Chief General Deepak Kapoor, during his five day visit to the US, met Gen David H Petraeus, Commander, US Central Command. He was given a guard of honour at Whipple Field. The visiting General also laid a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. General Kapoor held discussions on various bilateral and military issues with their counterpart General George W Casey Jr, and Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff committee, Admiral Mike Mullen.
