It is requested that the above advertisement may be displayed on the Notice Board of the Embassy/High Commission for wide publicity. 05 (Five) copies of tender documents for each equipment (Seven Equipments) are also being enclosed which may be given to the interested firms against payment as per detail given in the Para 1 of the Tender Notice (Advertisement) and the cost of Tender documents so collected may be forwarded to the office of Assistant Director (Purchase Cell), O/O the Secretary (Security), Cabinet Secretariat, No 1 Safdarjung Lane, New Delhi-110011.

4. The
validity of offer is required for three months from the date of opening of
technical Bids.

The bidder can participate for any of the equipment mentioned above.
6. EMD in the form of
Demand Draft should be drawn for the respective equipment in favour of Director
of Accounts, Cabinet Secretariat, Special Wing, RK Puram, New Delhi from any
nationalized Bank payable at New Delhi, India.

7. Tender Documents along with specification and terms conditions may be obtained from the office of Assistant Director (Purchase Cell), No 1, Safdarjung Lane, New Delhi-110011 on all working days from 0930 to 1800 Hrs on payment of a non refundable fee as mentioned above or in equivalent foreign currency in the form of Demand Draft in favour of Director of Accounts, Cabinet Secretariat, Special Wing, RK Puram, New Delhi from any nationalized Bank payable at New Delhi, India. For overseas bidders, Tender documents are also available with the High Commission/Embassy of India Viz USA, Germany, France, Singapore, UK, Sweden, Holland, Australia, Denmark, Hong Kong, Russia, Belgium Israel, South Africa and Canada.
8. Documentary evidence should be
produced stating that tendering firms are original manufacturer or their
authorized agents at the time of collecting tender documents.
9. The Cabinet Secretariat reserves the
right to reject any Tender without assigning any reason thereof.
